The main focus of End of the Age News is to warn our readers that we are living in the end times so they will be prepared for what’s coming. The Bible says that the last days will be a tumultuous period with evil prevailing everywhere. In addition warning Christians about the last days, Jesus also commanded His followers to be ready for His return.

Therefore you also be ready, for the Son of Man is coming at an hour you do not expect. Matthew 24:44

We feel much of the Church’s leadership is not preparing their flocks for the end-times and their apathy could have dire consequences for Christians everywhere. Just as the Jewish leaders were unaware of Jesus’ first coming, there’s a deafening silence from the pulpits about Jesus’ second coming. Maybe they don’t understand Bible prophecy, or maybe they’ve been taught incorrectly, or maybe they are just afraid to teach about end-times because they think it will confuse or anger their congregations. Whatever the reason, we feel the average Christian is not prepared and will be caught off guard at Jesus’ return. We don’t want that!

As watchmen, we feel the best way to prepare our readers is to feature Pastors and Bible teachers who are experts in eschatology. Prophesied end-time persecution of the Jews has already begun and soon Christians in every nation will be persecuted for following Jesus. Believers would be wise to increase their knowledge of what the Bible says about the last days so they can better protect themselves, their families, and fellow Christians.
